donated to elementary school-first and second graders. The kids love it. We especially use it for a group that is below grade level and find that it is highly motivational. We also find that when we send messages home on it that it has a much better chance of being read by the parent(s) and responded to. This significantly increases the communication between teachers and parents and between the voluntary program between senior citizens who volunteer and parents. This has become a very valuable educational tool.

Paper good price excessively high

Loved the color but the price is really cost prohibitively. I would like to purchase more each month for our seniors citizens newsletters but it's just not possible at that price. 😥

Unusually high cost

I buy this paper each year and try to take advantage of the teacher/store discounts. This year it was very difficult to save any money in this costly school supply.

Perfect for what I needed.

We needed a bright paper for our inventory to mark all the products that needed to be counted and then the products that did not need to be counted. This went through the copier well and did not smudge when we imprinted the type on it. We liked the bright color because you could see it across the warehouse! The paper was strong enough that is stayed up and last for the full week we had set aside for inventory. I think some of them are still up and have not faded at all and in a busy plant like ours that is very important.

Bright Purchase: Staples Orange Paper

Staples® Brights 24 lb. Orange Colored Paper was a "bright" purchase for several reasons: (1) the color is a shade of orange that is eye-catching that sets it apart from other printed documents and blends nicely with my oak desk top (2) the weight of the paper gives it substance sturdiness and a quality which extends its usefulness to items worth saving for future reference and (3) the quality of the paper is excellent for ink-jet printing--not too absorbant and resulting in a sharply printed look for both black lettering and visuals.
