sloppy cut

I typically am happy with the quality of Staples products but this time I can not say that as the green paper had ridges on the edges and for the purpose I needed for some of it to put in for Christmas letter and post notes on message board it looked cheap and tacky. So this was very disappointing but I didn't care to take it back and get the same quality out of the same original batch. I hope you can remedy this and have cleaner cut paper in the future. I will need to buy additional paper in the future but will order it somewhere else if this continues. thank you
