Will not buy again - do better than others

I taped up my kitchen wall in order to do an "accent" - in several places the paint seeped under the tape and made an uneven edge. The tape was down securely and seemed to make a good seal, but it did not.
Had no problem removing the tape, but had to re-do the painted edges that were uneven. Bought the higher priced Frog Tape to prevent this!

There is nothing more important in any job than having complete confidence in the quality and predictability of the expected outcome.
Frog Tape excels in both areas. It makes even an amateur DIY'er like myself look professional. I have used Frog Tape in a variety of painting projects, from the simple taping to protect adjacent finished surfaces, to the more complex defining of a two toned checkered pattern in a recent kitchen re-do. There are no regrettable surprises, just the satisfaction in seeing how professional it makes a non-professional like me look. The paint lines don't creep outside the taping area and the end product is a crisp, precise, and clearly defined finish.

Even with mildly textured walls I got a razor-sharp, uninterrupted bead unlike any tape I've used in the past. I can't see how it does it but apparently the instant micro-gel barrier totally works. It's well worth the extra expense over regular painter's tape. Thanks! MR

Simplicity + Accuracy = Perfection

We know, You HATE to paint-- Fear ye not, the gallon paint can any longer!
As a home remodeling contractor, I paint constantly. It's my favorite part of the job and I rarely bring in others to do it for me. Frog Tape has its own line item on my job cost sheets for every project.
People are constantly amazed at how perfect the lines for my finished moldings and ceilings are. Frog Tape, properly applied, is flawless.
Time is money for me. Frog Tape not only provides a waterproof barrier to prevent"paint bleed" onto other surfaces, but cuts my actual painting time down by over 50%.
Crooked wall or ceilings are no problem, Frog Tape is perfect for use to "fool the eye" when you have wall-to-ceiling plaster or sheetrock joints that are not perfectly square.
Do your part to stamp out the plague of shaky, ugly, hand-painted lines!
Surprise yourself or someone else...Paint one room using Frog Tape, then stand back and admire your handiwork. It will look like a pro did it!

I made the mistake of trying another brand of painter's tape when I painted my dining room a very dark burgundy - and I ended up with a lot of bleeding through and a horrible looking bubble pattern all along the corners of the room - so I re-taped with frog tape and painted the edges again and the results were amazing - clean straight lines, no bleed through and it was SO easy to remove. Thank you!
