They hold onto things that are light which is what I initially had (a car key). Now my keys have two things on their that identify the correct vehicle or it’s a newer/heavier style key so they dangle. However it stays attached to my pants pockets while the key is in the ignition and hangs on when I get out which is often (I’m a delivery driver). I would recommend this if you have something pretty light like 1 key or 1 badge. I have no real complaints.
