Difficult to line up

Frustrating. Need clear instructions and information on how to use these. Should not take so much time.

We are very sorry to hear that you had trouble printing. When you do print, we recommend checking that the paper size is set properly and that the scale is at 100. Also, we suggest selecting a thicker paper type such as Label or Heavyweight in the printer settings. Stiil have not fixed the word template.

Bought these because we use Avery labels all of the time. But after three failed tries trying to get things to line up in template, was hoping Avery had more info. on site than package does as to correct settings for top, bottom, left and right border for each label.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works Great With Avery Design & Print, but Not MS Word

After reading some of the negative reviews I am convinced they were trying to use MS Word. I too was unable to properly format the printed labels in Word, but when I used the Avery service, it was easy, fast and precisely formatted. Even though Word has a template specifically for the 8660, it doesn't work when you try to send it to the printer. This isn't the fault of the labels.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cannot change color of print. Not the background but print

I've tried several times to contact you without success. On item #18660 I cannot change the print color. I can change the background color but I want to change the print color.

not clear labels as advertised

These labels indicate they are clear but they are not. They are white. I need the see-through exact clear label

We do apologize for any confusion but our standard "Clear" labels are generally intended for lighter surfaces and should appear clear once applied. However, we do also have "Glossy Clear" labels that will be completely clear and would be a better option for transparent surfaces or surfaces that have color. I made a 120 person mailing list. Avery only saved the 1st page. I tried to log into my account and it always says that it's busy. I will NEVER use them again!!!
Cons: They Deleted 90 Of My Ma, Software Is Horrible, Wont Let Me Sign On
