Everything was received in a timely manner and in one piece. Personally I find it strange when any company ships a small item in a box that is more than 10 times its size. I would think shipping costs could be kept down more if pens are shipped in a padded envelope vs a box that is 12"x18"x4". This is not a Staples exclusive issues. I have seen this happen with various companies.

The spacing between the teeth is slightly too large near the left end of the comb. Therefore the binding machine cannot "grab" the two teeth on the far left.
