I was impressed on the cost and uses. I used the combs for putting together journals for the children and for church books. They are very easy to use. They are well constructed. I would recommend these to my friends.

Plastic Spines

I have been using these plastic spines for more than 8 years and have not had any problems with cracking or splitting. I have even reused spines more than once and they still function properly.

A tad too small

Basically a good product. It is rated for 90 sheets of paper which is precisely what I needed to bind and I feel that 90 is just a tad too much for the 1/2 inch spine to handle. The spine doesn't allow the pages of the bound manuscript to turn as freely as a larger size spine would.
