Good copy paper Good value

I ordered this product on line at a tremendous savings. It was delivered the next day. When I opened the box two reams of the paper had been torn either prior to shipping to the warehouse or in route to me. I notified Staple's of this; they responded with an email telling me to return the paper in the original box for replacement. I told them I had discarded the original box already so could not comply. The next day they delivered ANOTHER full box of paper no return no charge. This is CUSTOMER SERVICE PAR EXCELLENCE!

Moving to 22lb paper makes all the difference when producing copies or printing documents. A nicer finish more substantial feeling - better for business. When this paper goes on sale I stock-up as being able to purchase two for the price of one is a true value on an already reasonably priced product. This is the only paper we use when letterhead is not required.

Great printer/copier paper...paper jams are history!

We've used this selection in 4 different printers and have had no problems with paper jams. We even recommend it to our extended family members all over the USA. We always watch for the "half-price" sale and order by the case!!!

Nice paper - balanced specs for weight & brightnes

I studied Staples specifications to find the best balance of weight brightness and price. I went to my local store on Cyber Monday and the store was very low on paper. I had three SKU numbers to check on and they were all out of stock. The salesman took me to the service counter ordered my paper choice and shipped it to my home. The process was smooth. We tested this paper in our new printer and it worked as expected. For an everyday paper this is a cut above. Spend the extra money and get extra weight and brightness - you won't be disappointed!
