Staples stores have products displayed and makes it easy to find what you need. I will say though the checkout process is too cumbersome as I had to make 4 maybe 5 decisions on the keypad before the transaction was complete - that’s too many during an in store purchase especially for typical Staples customers who tend to be over 60

I like this 22 lb. paper far better than the 20 lb type I got last time around. It was too thin for some of my printing needs so I was glad to find the 22 lb. type again online .I really like Staples free shipping feature these days - it does make a difference in my decision to stock up on the office supplies I need.
