This paper is indeed bright white and it offers excellent contrast to black and colors.

It’s definitely 81/2 x11. There are 2500 sheets. I can’t say with absolute certainty that it has a 98 brightness but it is pretty bright. The box says the paper is 22 lbs but I think it’s heavier.
