Have always enjoyed purchasing Staples 98 bright thick reams ..covered by blue shrink wrap paper....it stays safe in place till each sheet is used. But order arrived with 3 ream in torn paper covers and rumpled paper.Contacted Customer Service...they replaced order and were very concerned about it. 3 replacement reams arrived ( still covered in paper)..but in good shape & packaging to prevent shipping damage. I assume the extremely protective shrink wrap is just NOT available at this time....but Staples went allll out...to get our ofifce paper in good shape! Much appreciation...A+ for effort.
