My HP printer can print on both sides of a sheet of paper. But regular 20lb paper would bleed through. Staples 22lb does not and is more durable. However the price is much more than the equivalent 20lb paper.

We use this paper for our bulletins at church and it works much better than the paper we were using before. The ink doesn't bleed through the paper and it has a better feel to it.
