Paper good delivery rough

I am certainly pleased with the quality of this product and the speed in which it was delivered. Upon opening the box it was obvious that the box of paper was handled pretty roughly. Every wrapped package of paper is ripped the outer wrapping is torn and the top 25-30 sheets of paper on the first package I opened are damaged to the point I can not put them through a copier or printer. I have not opened every package of paper but the three that I have opened all have some damaged paper in them. Great product but poor handing.

There is always 500 sheets in a ream. Not so with some suppliers.

This paper is used but everyone in the family for school reports and college papers and applications for scholarships to just everyday printing

Works well in any printer

This order was placed for use in a rather large MFC which however died in mid-print with absolutely NO WARNING. Being in a spot and with a looming deadline I purchased a simple print-function only unit to get the job done until I could order another MFC. I actually feared that I'd be limited to 20 pound paper as recommended. However this was proven to not be the case as this 22 pound paper works just fine. But the real value (and reason for purchase) of 22 pound paper is its two-side printing capability without bleed through…a benefit now wasted as this printer cannot perform back-to-back printing. But since I bought a whole case I'm ready for the new MFC.

This paper is all we use at our firm. We have used several different types of paper including Staples brands but this is the brightest and best although we would love to have better shipping and handling. Ever since Staples stopped having their own delivery service and went though UPS we have had nothing but damaged boxes and a lot of damaged product. I know it would be easy to blame UPS except their shipping system is not designed for such the two bands that wrap around the boxes. If these were taken away the boxes would go smoothly and they would come without or at least less damaged. It would also be great if this product was more available in the stores.

we have converted all of our printing to use this paper: text numerical data layout drawings quotes and spreadsheets due to the quality of the printed output we get
