It's just a carton of paper...

...except it was damaged between the warehouse and the store where I picked it up. The dent was obvious on one corner. Inside two of the wrapped reams had split open and there was damage to about fifty sheets of paper in each ream. Not fatal but far from pristine. Why did the product have to be shipped anyway? Don't the stores stock paper for customers especially paper on sale?

Good paper however regarding the delivery... I very specifically gave instructions as to where to deliver the boxes & it was ignored. That is why I deducted a star.
