It's a cardboard box with a removable lid. Not much to go wrong very simple to operate: remove lid put stuff in replace lid place on shelf or stack on floor. I'm not sure what else to say.

Would have been perfect but perforations to separate top are difficult. Otherwise easy to assemble fill and stack.

These boxes fit my needs in moving some files from my file cabinet to my new work location. The assembly instructions printed on the box however are very unclear so I just had to figure it out for myself.
