Good Storage Boxes

Bought them for putting files and paperwork away in long term storage. I also tend to use a couple of them to put all of my paper recycling in so I can take it to the kids schools for recycling. They hold up well even using them for that purpose. But if I needed ones that are going to be used for files and papers that will be used on a regular basis though then I would get the ones that are heavy duty. They are also stackable. Though I wouldn't recommend stacking them over 2 high if you have a lot of paperwork in them.

Staples brand boxes

Every year I purchase these boxes to archive our files at work and they work great. They keep their shape and are very sturdy. Easily assembled and I like the handles for easy carrying. Very good value for the price and I would recomend them to everyone. Sometimes a store brand is not always the best choice for quality but I have been very happy with Staples brand products on the whole. I love shopping at Staples stores and online. Customer service is fantastic and if I'm not happy with a product and any problems they return it or replace it.

As a small business owner I understand that we are to save a certain amount of hard copy paperwork for a specific amount of time. We habe used one of these for each month since the begining of time. The boxes we remove from storage are always in very good solid condition. Sometimes we have boxers that are 15 - 20 years old and the boxes are great.........more worth saving the box than the things inside of it some times. Would love to see the lid just a little bit deeper. Sometimes they don't stay on well. The fit is GREAT just add 1/2" - 1" to the depth. Perfect box!

I had been using the larger boxes which were way to heavy for me to handle once they were filled. These boxes are durable and strong. Although they do not hold as much they are much easier for me to pick up. Thus aleviating the need to find someone to help me put the office records back in the storage area.

These records storage boxes are good quality/weight easy to assemble and hold just the right quantity of records for ability to move the boxes around when full.
