only 10/pack not 15/pack

I ordered online and picked it up at a local staples store I did not count it when I picked it up but after I used some of them and found out only 10 in the pack not 15/pack as listed and the quality is not as good as the brown ones I ordered this item thinking it's cheaper than the brown ones as there are 15/pack now I can not return them since I've used some. So bad!

The young man who help me was simply amazing. His depth of knowledge was astounding and he was cordial and above all he was fair and honest about his recommendations. Give him a raise. And use him as a person to train other people.

The price keeps going up but the quality keeps going down. Very thin construction. These are adequate for me because I just put documents in them for shredding service. For long term storage would definitely get something else.
