The point is too fine; I can't hold it at a low angle or the ink doesn't set as well. I bought the .5 after accidentally buying the 1.0 but the 1.0 was to smear-y. I should have gone with the .7 (more standard) but I didn't want to have the same problem with smearing (so I overshot the fine-ness mark). Pretty good pens I just wish I had gotten the .7.

In searching for adequate Bible marking pens I've learned that quick dry ink is the best bet so I bought these. They don't seem very quick dry and DO bleed through thinner paper.

Picked these pens up to use at the pizza shop I work at. We needed pens that would consistently write on thermal receipts. The pen and ink work fine on the paper (they do not skip on the receipt like regular rollerball pens) but the fine point tends to tear the paper quite often. Would recommend a medium point as a better option in this case but the pens themselves are great to write with otherwise!
