I would not recommend these markers they either dried out quickly or the lid would pull the tip off making it useless and messy. Spend the extra money and go for sharpie brand.

Full disclosure.. given the sale price I ordered three boxes of these and three boxes of the red colored version.. that makes 72 markers total so of course I'm not going to be able to test every single one of them individually to see if there's a bad one :) I should also point out that I've had these markers in my possession for all of one day.. I did test one marker from each of the six boxes by writing a single word (the word was "test" :P ) on a piece of paper and each time the marker wrote fine no issues at all. Far as the quality of the writing it is as the one other person mentioned in their review just fine if you're say a teacher grading papers ... for my purposes.. scrawling a shopping list to myself (for some reason I prefer writing in marker instead of an admittedly cheaper ballpoint pen) or writing notes to other members of the household that they may or may not bother to read :P (I've found the bright color of markers is slightly more likely to grab their attention than ballpoint pen) it works fine.. I'm sure this would be just fine for an office setting too. In summary while I'm going to have a biased opinion given I got these on clearance for 25 percent of the normal retail price (much more likely to be happy with them :) ) I would imagine even at full retail price they would present an acceptable value

Fine if you’re not writing in small letters. The ink seems to run together using tiny small print. It works fine for large print the cap seem a little awkward
