Not what was promised

The sales person told me that the entire purchase price of the case of paper would be refunded because this was a special "deal" with the purchase of a printer. There was nothing about this on the sales slip and when I called Staples I was told that the rebate would only be 50%. Then i received an email informing me that I did not qualify for this rebate.
