Customer service is the first thing I look for when shopping and I have seen a difference in your stores where your staff is getting better. Easy locations for products is also important and your stores are laid out nicely.

Staples sent me a coupon for great deal on a case of paper so I went there and used it. As they say no muss no fuss. Just in and out. I love it!
