One of the representatives at /staples in Ocean City Maryland saved me money on helping me get the right black cartridge that has the most black ink The Rep in charge of coping and emailing - both of the girls there have such hospitality in helping that I would not go any where else.

I believe this paper is a cut above the others on the market. It has a higher brightness rating; has not jammed; and has the feel of being thicker.
