Disappointed the box no longer has the openings on the ends to be able to carry the box. Too heavy to carry by the plastic straps. No issues with the paper good quality.

The last time I ordered letter size paper and had it delivered there were several pages of paper that were damaged so that the could not be run through our copy machine. It looked like the paper was ironed and the wrinkles were ironed in the paper. I can't think of any other way to describe what the paper looked like.
