I know this paper is supposed to be 20lb but it feels much thinner. It jams in the printer because multiple sheets pull through at the same time. When I copy 2-sided you can see the print coming through from the other side. I have used Staples brand paper before and ALWAYS been pleased with the quality for the price. However this particular kind I will not buy again. Very disappointed.
