When the driver came to the door he explained that the box was broken open and that he would bring a new box the next next. The next morning he not only delivered a new box he set it inside the door for me as I couldn't lift the box. Such good service. Thank You.

When the case arrived at the door the box was demolished. It was split at the seams and the lid was torn apart. I use the boxes for storage so I was disappointed it was wrecked but the paper was fine.
