Always reliable for our printing. My problem is with the on-line ordering. There are now boxes with 3 reams 5 reams 8 reams etc. If one is not vigilant in reading the descriptions one will think a carton cost if cheaper until it arrives and rather than having ordered a 10 ream case one has order a 5 ream or 8 ream. Do not like this type of advertising.
