Perfect for 3 part invoices

We print our own 3 part invoices white yellow and pink and this paper is perfect for that. Staples will usually offer a sale on this as well if you buy two or three packs at a time you can save some money. Since we use these daily we go through them pretty quick so three packes is not hard to use. They offer this paper in many different colors as well so we will use them for bulletins employee notices etc in various other colors. I would highly recommend it as it works well in a color or ink jet printer.

I use this to document all communications I've had with my client. The paper makes finding communications easy in a file full of white paper.

I use this along with the yellow and white as invoices since I don't need carbon paper. Carbon paper is way to expensive. With all three colors I get 3 times as many forms for lots less. I put them together in the order that we use them.

Perfect Pink Paper!

I used this paper to make comparison documents for a lecture we were giving. The color made it easy for the lecturer to differentiate between the white documents and the pink ones. Making the copies was easy and the paper (almost) never jammed in the copier. The lecture participants were very satisfied with their copies and were easily able to follow the lecture when given their booklets. I feel that the price of the colored Staples paper is a bit high and would like to see the price reduced or at the very least for the colored paper to occasionally go on sale thereby making it more affordable and convenient for more people to use.
