I am currently painting a small bedroom were I am using the green "frog tape." I am using it the separate the flat paint vs the enamel paint. One thing that I love is that I can apply the tape as I go along. It is easy to tear and apply. The tape doesn't curl up and get stuck together like other tapes. This tape also keeps it's quality even if it hasn't been used in a long time. Once I tried "frog tape" I can't go back to what I call "masking tape." That's the tape with the cream color that has 100 rolls stuck together. Give this tape a try. You will see the difference.

When we painted our house we started out using ordinary tape for masking but we just weren't happy with the results. We switched to Frog brand paint and it made all the difference in the world. Now we wouldn't use anything else.

So easy to use, comes off nicely and doesn't leave any marks on the walls.

Fun with Colors

I was surprised at how easy it was to use and how nice and crisp the lines were. I used on a dresser that was over 25 years old and destined for the garbage, I cleaned it up and had some fun with it and now it has been repurposed.

Utter waste of money. This product destroyed my walls - pulling paint off back to and including the undercoat. I am so angry.
And yes - it was used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

I'm an avid woodworker, but have to admit that although I thoroughly enjoy the design and build aspect of my projects, I really don't enjoy the "finishing" part. It's a lot of tedious work, especially when you're critical of your own work, and no matter how many hours you put into the build, a slight mistake in the finishing part will haunt you for years. That's where the Frog Tape comes in. I've used what I thought was good tape for years, but have never really been overly impressed with the result and still found myself having to fix the spots that bleed. I've seen the Frog Tape on store shelves for a while now but honestly thought "why bother, how can it be better". I decided to give it a shot and so happy I did. I made a set of Baggo boards this weekend, and for the finish, decided to go with two colors of stain and a paint, meaning my lines really need to be perfect to make it come together. The fact that they go as far as to sell the tape in a protective case is just brilliant!!! Tape that is left out will inevitably pick up dust, lint and nicks right on the edges which is the most important part of this type of tape!!! My lines transitioning from natural stain, to white paint, to dark walnut stain are just perfect, and I couldn't be happier with how my boards turned out. When I peeled the tape off, not only was there absolutely NO bleeding spots, there was also no trace of residue from the tape adhesive! I'm a Frog Tape convert and would highly recommend this to anybody and everybody that wants a perfect line every time.
