The board itself is fine. All the parts weren't there and the holes that were supposed to be drilled were not drilled.

This whiteboard looks nice and is sturdy. I purchased it for outdoor use but have only had it for a few weeks so we will see how it holds up to heat and sun. So far so good.

This board is so difficult to hang that we decided to return it. In my opinion it should not take over an hour to hang a white board.

We purchased five boards for a private school setting using them three days a week. After a month they are erasing well and I've only used cleaner once. So far I'm happy. Keep in mind they are NOT magnetic.

I bought this to be used at a very busy car dealership as an appointment board. I've found *painting* on the grid lines much better than using the vinyl tape. For some reason this board was a little trickier to get the paint to stick to it whereas other boards I've done I had no problem. BUT when I re-did it no problem. (I do not sand it first prior to painting as it's too tedious!) I also left off the tray (I like that option of not having to have it as I use the board on it's side veritically rather than horizontally with the tray would normally be used to hold markers and erasers.)

This board arrived safely and within a day or two. It was easy to mount and all the hardware was included.... I order the markers and another dry eraser to go with it even though it said I would get a dry eraser. I did not get a dry eraser but I did get a black marker... All in all it was a good deal..... this board is 3 x 4 feet and looks great in my shop....
