Sorry to hear you are having trouble creating your labels. Please contact our Care team at 1-800-462-8379 and we would be more than happy to walk you through creating your return labels.
I have been printing my labels at home for the past 4-5 years and always have used Avery products. However, this last package of labels (8160) that I bought have been a nightmare on getting the labels to align correctly the first time. I have wasted more labels, along with the expensive printing ink, using this product. I would do the "trial"l printing using paper initially and the labels would be aligned correctly. I would then place the labels in the printer and out came the labels totally misaligned! Last week I had a page from the previous package of labels that I had bought and it did not have the blue "Sure Feed" labels at the top and bottom of the page--ALL the labels were printed and perfectly aligned the first time. The only thing that I can conclude from using this product is the difference appears to be the blue "Sure Feed Technology!" Sure wish you offered the "8160" without this "feature!"

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please give us a call at (800) GO AVERY and our team can arrange to have this pack sent back for inspection and replaced. We designed the Sure Feed strips to make it easier to align the print so it is very concerning to hear that it may have caused more issues instead. We will do everything we can to make this right.
The print comes out too far up & to the right. Tried a different print setting, didn't work. Tried repositioning them, still didn't work. The labels are ok for personal use, but definitely not sell-worthy, which is my main purpose for using this site.
I have been a long time user of Avery Labels and with different printers. I have never had as difficult time getting labels to align and print as these. I have given up on these labels and purchase a different label next time.

We're very sorry to hear that the print misaligned for you. The template should be designed to align on the stock but, depending on the product and the printer, there may be a few adjustments you will need to make first. Please contact us by phone at (800) GO AVERY or through chat by using the "Help" section at the top of our site. Hopefully one of our consumer care representatives can troubleshoot this issue for you soon.
I often put a small picture and a little text on a label to create grading stickers such as "Completed as a class" or "Correct & return please." I usually create two stickers per label than cut them in half on the paper cutter. It would be great to have labels that are only 1/2 as wide or other small shapes for making small stickers.
