I used these to put lights up on my covered front porch and the worked great! Used them on my back patio for some lights and they barely lasted a week before falling off. Luckily my lights were plastic and didn’t break.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great idea, but not improved

I bought these to run wires and found that the peel strip VERY hard to separate and most did not.

So easy to use!

We put these up in Nov 2020 for outdoor Christmas lights around a balcony railing, windows and around the front door. They stayed on through the Holiday season even with high Texas wind, rain and ice. We left them in place for Christmas 2021 and they are still in place, hopefully for Christmas 2022. Occasionally one or two will come loose, but it is so easy to reattach a new strip. They work great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought these yesterday to hang outdoor lights on our patio and the adhesive will not stick.

Do not use for Christmas lights!!!

Took over an hour to put up lights on the house using outdoor light clips. By the morning, less than 12 hours later, they have all fallen down. Used product according to direction and they do not work!

Loss of stickiness when unused

A vast majority of the clips I took out to use from a prior purchase have lost their stickiness when I pulled off the clear strip. Only buy the quanity you plan to use to avoid this issue.

Doesn't hold lights on wall

Bought these to hold up some lights on my hallway wall. Followed the directions to a T but they just don't hold up. They popped off with ease. Do not recommend at all.

Not resistant to rain on horizontal wood surface

Soooo dissssapointed: I bought the Command™ Outdoor Light Clips and installed them (one every 2.5 feet) on the horizontal surface (not vertical) of my wood gallery (inside the gallery) to fix light del christmas lights and after the 1st rain they all fell down!
