The size fit perfectly under my desk and the dark color didn`t bring attention to my documents. Could also double as a paper holder.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TRU RED Wire Mesh File Organizer is very easy to use and fits letter size hanging folders perfectly. The black mesh looks sleek and is pleasing to the eye. It keeps documents organized in one place and the side handles make it easily portable. Sturdy design is not flimsy at all and since it is wire mesh you can use magnetic clips or regular magnets on the outside of for notes or pictures.
