I already had one of these which I use to put our mail in every day. I bought this one so that I can separate my mail from my husband's. I like that it is big enough to hold even large envelopes (8x14).

Ideal tray depth!

I use it to collect paperwork that needs to be input into our database. The tray is deep enough to hold lots of papers until I have a chance to enter the information. I only wish that it came with some kind of label holder which I could hang on the front so that people would not constantly be asking where the paperwork is supposed to go.

Just a simple product design allowing flexibity with respect to purpose. I used several of these trays to sort and organize unopened mail. It's a good way to maintain order until I have to actually deal with my mail.
