I know this was a "basic" box but expected that the sides would support the hanging folders my files were in - they did so only because the box was completely full. Then went to put on the cover and found it was so shallow that it wouldn't stay on over the 'hangers' - my misunderstanding? Likely but I would recommend a stronger box.

I use these to store my years tax records. They are sturdy and hold up great. And another great thing....they are not plastic and can be easily recycled at the end of their life!
