I've used these a number of times to store books and/or files and have also used them to move my office. They can be filled with books for moving. They are easy to assemble and have areas for notes about content.

I am using the Staples Storage Boxes to pack my personal belongings for a move to a new home. They are easy for me to carry and lift by myself and will fit nicely in a storage facility for as long as I need it.

I've purchased this kind of box at a different store and these were less expensive for the same type of box.
