Not heavy duty enough

Was hoping these would be sturdy enough to store books but I have to use them for lighter storage. The weakest point is the flimsy lid which makes it impossible to stack very high esp. over a prolonged period. The size is convenient: I now use the Staples triple wall (letter size) boxes for books two side by side and this legal box fits nicely on top.

I ordered these boxes to store items while I'm in the process of moving. The boxes were delivered the day after I placed the order and I didn't have to pay the shipping costs. Now that's what I call a bargain!
