Not paperless? Good storage option!

Our office is not completely paperless even though that has been our goal for several years. These boxes are easy to label and easy to identify. We have been ordering this smaller size for several years now because the office is mostly women and we can move the lighter weight boxes on our own without hurting our backs or calling on the men to help. The box is rated to hold up to 200 pounds but if you stack four completely full boxes the bottom one is going to eventually get crushed. Not sturdy enough for much movement once filled.

WE buy these boxes each year for end of year storage. They are sturdy enough to last the number of years necessary for keeping the records without falling apart.
