Bankers boxes are transitioning from robust to flimsy

This latest batch of bankers boxes are easy to assemble but the cardboard is thin. The outer layer started to peel instead of separating at the die cuts on one box. Tape will be needed to control the peeling. Also the quality of the cardboard is marginal. While not obnoxiously stinky like some cardboard inserts recently received from Staples the cardboard has a faint unpleasant paper mill odor.
