Horrible new scent!!

Very unhappy scent of Original Tide was changed. New scent is strong, flowery and doesn’t go away. I am sensitive to scents and now I have 2 bottles of detergent to give away because I hate the smell!

New Tide Scent is Not Good

The new scent is bad and way too strong. I'll be returning it to Sam's Club tomorrow. Why was there no mention on the container about the new scent??? You have lost this customer.

While we're sorry to hear that our freshness update hasn't been your favorite, Geri, we do appreciate your honest feedback because we want our detergents to be the best they possibly can be. Rest assured that we're letting our team know that you'd prefer some changes be made, and that the label be clearer, but in the meanwhile we've got some good news. You can still find our old Original scent, just with an updated name. Keep an eye out for our Mountain Spring scent, it's the new name of your old favorite!

SO DISAPPOINTED IN THE NEW “SCENT”! It is so strong! And smells like bargain detergent. Please change it back!

I can't believe you changed the "Original" scent. It's awful. Didn't you learn anything from the "Classic Coke" debacle?

We did update our Original scent in order to provide a better freshness experience, Tim, and we're sorry to hear that we didn't quite hit the nail on the head for you. We're letting the rest of our team know that you'd like to see changes made, but we also have some good news as well! If you prefer the old Original, it lives on we just changed its name. You can now find that scent under the name Mountain Spring, so you can keep using the same fresh scent that you've come to know and love.

Bring Back “the original scent”!!

The new scent is horrible! I’ve been using Tide since I was a child and now will be changing to a different brand. Bring Back the original tide!!

Original scent is no longer Original!!!!

The New No Longer Original Scent is now strong, floral, and AWFUL! AGAIN the Original Scent changes without changing the LABEL! I'm disappointed that I can't purchase the Real ORIGINAL TIDE!

HATE NEW SCENT

I’ve used tide for 37 years and I hate the new scent. I’m really sensitive to smell and it’s disgusting. How can I get old tide back?
