LOVE THE NEW SCENT! ❤️

I have been using tide pods for years and ever since I moved to a city with hard water, my clothes never smell fresh like they used to. It was a nice surprise when this last load smelled AMAZING! ❤️

Awful smell

This smell change was a really bad business move. The scent is overpoweringly strong and smells like cheap floral perfume, sticks to my skin. Gross. Switching to purex.

New Scent is horrible

The new scent is horrible. Way too strong. There are plenty of options for weird, strong scents you already sell. Bring back the original scent. Reminds me of the New Coke fiasco.

Don't like the new scent of tide original

I don't like the new smell of tide original. Also, the laundry is not as soft, which makes me wonder what else they changed? Usually driven by money. Not pleased. I'm switching brands.

You have now changed yet another product except this time it's one of your best products. You've lost me to Costco brand and now no longer use Downy, Tide and Olay Body Wash

Seriously? You can’t change the scent and then call it “Original”! It is too fragrant for my family! The scent is why I have been buying “original” for the past ~20 years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hate the new scent

My daughter and I have been going crazy over the horrible new smell permeating our house. We finally figured out it was the Tide!!! Terribly disappointed and you have lost a loyal customer.

Terrible new smell
