The best soap

I switched over to tide original scent laundry soap and after doing many trials on soaps i found that tide is my preferred brand and i love the clean clothes look and smell

Tide MOUNTAIN SPRING !!!

This review is to praise Tide MOUNTAIN SPRING ONLY!!!! I buy Tide for stained clothes and Tide Mountain Spring is the only one that actually gets the stains out ! Smells best too !!

We did upgrade our formula to clean even more by tackling tough body soils which can get caught in clothes and cause them to get dingy and smell over time, but we haven't changed any of our scents so we definitely want to look further into the bottles you've purchased, Rockwell! Formula change has made a bad smell

I have been using Tide for over 20 years. The last bottle I bought made the clothes smell so bad, it took 3 washes with another product to get the smell out. I won't buy this again. What a shame.

We're sorry to hear that you had this experience! Laundry detergent cannot cause bad smells. If a fresh load of laundry comes out smelling badly, it is coming from the washing machine. When a washing machine starts to smell, use Tide Washing Machine Cleaner to remove residue and eliminate any bacteria; monthly clean-outs with Tide Washing Machine Cleaner, helps keep odor-causing residues from causing odor problems down the road. Be sure to consult the owner's manual or the manufacturer's website for clean-out instructions. We definitely want to learn more about the bottle you used as well so that we can try to make this right, so please give us a call at (800) 879-8433.

New Formula Stinks!!- Undo or lose customers

New formula = Bad smell! Before the formula changed I would have given Tide 5 stars but now I would give it 0 if it were an option. Awful smell!

new tide smell is bad

I have used Original Tide for many years. This new bottle smells so bad, I could not sleep on the sheets washed in it. It doesn't seem to wash as well as it used to either.

New Scent is Terrible- will switch brands

I used to LOVE the Original TIde and was a faithful customer but you have changed the scent and it is terrible. You will lose a lot of customers if you do not bring back the original scent.
