White truly are whiter!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tide is a great detergent. I usually buy the cheapest brand I can find, but with Tide I see a difference in the brightness and whiteness of my clothing.

Great clean in cold water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Original Tide liquid detergent is not too thick. It has a light scent. In cold water my clothes come out clean. A little goes a long way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It smells great, love the way it makes my clothes feel but it’s doesn’t get rid of stains. I spot tested stains but, but the stains were still there after wash

Some stains aren't created equal, and some may be tougher than others that require specific pre-treating directions. Dirty items cleaned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the hardest and dirtiest items in my house to test this on: clothes with dried honey on them and a shower liner that had grown mildew. Both came out spotless.

Great Product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually always purchase liquid clothes detergent and base my choices on what happens to be on sale at the time. They get the job done but usually come with very strong smelling fragrance that stays with my laundry during the time I am wearing the items. I don't really like that feature. I wear scrubs and the smell can be irritating to some of my patients. This Tide Original Liquid Detergent worked well on stains that I obtain at work without the added fragrance. I appreciated that. My scrubs just seemed a little "crisper" if that make any sense. I really liked it. Now is it worth the few extra dollars?? For me the answer just may be "yes". But I may wait for it to be on sale.

Out gases chemical fragrance stink

The free and clear detergent in the white bottle is fine. But your orange bottle stinks of chemical fragrance. I had to wear a triple layer mask to be able to have my nurse come around me. All laundry detergents that are not free and clear, have the stink, and are a respiratory irritant. They cause me to cough and gag. That chemical smell lingers for days in one’s home. Especially on your furniture.
Cons: Smell
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
