It was just what I wanted. I needed it adjustable and it is. Its wheels can be locked. But the main thing is it is very strong and sturdy. Quality made. I am very pleased and would recommend buying it.

First off, I was sold a previously opened box, but all of the pieces were there and in tact so I decided to just keep it. But when I put an empty two drawer heavy duty cabinet on it one of the casters basically crumbled. The instruction booklet shows a four drawer cabinet on the base. There is no way this product as is would hold a full four drawer cabinet if it can’t handle what I put on it.
