This is a great product. It was super easy to put together because the markings on the pieces let you adjust the size to fit the cabinet without having to measure each piece. The wing nuts and carriage bolts made it very easy to assemble and the interlocking rails made it stay together nicely when the bolts were in place and tightened. With the wheels in locked position it was relatively easy to get the cabinet onto the base (do take the drawers out first though). If the wheels hold up under the weight of the loaded cabinet it should last a long time. They appear not to scratch the floor and roll easily locking if you want to prevent cabinet movement.

It does what it claims to do. I recommend placing some double sided 3m tape on the bottom of the file cabinet before placing it on so it doesn't fall off while your moving your file cabinet around.

This took only a few minutes to assemble and was essentially self-explanatory. So far it rolls well across both carpet (without getting stuck) and wood flooring (without scratching). If you’re buying a filing cabinet this is one of the best ways to prevent the metal from staining carpet etc.I definitely would purchase this again.
