I got a filing cabinet at a secondhand shop. This caddy makes it feel like new. My apartment is small so it's nice to be able to wheel it into a closet even on a not-so-plush carpet. It was very easy to assemble with length markers and wing nuts. It would deserve five stars but half of one of the wheels is stuck not enough of a flaw to be returned. I would recommend this product to others.

This took only a few minutes to assemble and was essentially self-explanatory. So far it rolls well across both carpet (without getting stuck) and wood flooring (without scratching). If you’re buying a filing cabinet this is one of the best ways to prevent the metal from staining carpet etc.I definitely would purchase this again.

I only give this a three because it works the wheels roll fine but don't expect it to hold a lot of weight and it isn't all that study do to the design. When it breaks and I believe it will I will throw it away and keep the wheels. If you use it carefully you might be able to keep it around for a little while but I would not bet on it............lol
