Purchased to replace a failing premium brand that wasn't functioning properly. Great for medium office use. It seems to struggle a little while in auto feed mode definitely not a multi sheet at a time unit. Really like it hope it provides great service. A nice feature also is the lubricant sheet for maintenance A little sloppy to dump into a trash bag reccommend the tru red bags as suggested in manual. Im giving it 5 stars but its new hope it remains at 5 stars a year from now
