What's in a Name?

Compliments galore when I've used these labels. Folks often ask to keep their name badge to reuse. Recently I was at a function sponsored by another organization and I spied one of my name badges. Professional, easy to make, even I can do it!

Some Printing Instructions I Figured Out

Save as a pdf from Chrome. Open Acrobat and hit Print. In the set up Uncheck the "Choose Paper Source by PDF Page size" Then go into Page SetUp (Bottom left hand button) and set a custom size of 4.25" x 11". Do not change the margin settings they will be correct. To test print, fold a regular 8.5x11 sheet in half and feed that into your printer. This worked perfectly for me. No alignment problems once the printer knew the pages were only half as wide as normal. But easiest is to get labels on 8.5x11 sheets
Pros: Efficient, Quality Construction
Cons: Difficult To Set Up, Hard to Use, Avery's Printing bInstructions are not helpful

I used these badges every month for a large social club. They are easy to use and I can create new inserts every month. The ladies like that the badges have clips instead of pins on them and no clothing is damaged.

I prefer these badges over larger ones which seem simply too large for a name badge. These allow for using an easily readable large font, and still have room for a small logo or tag line. I also like that the clip swivels so users may easily attach it to a collar, pocket, lapel or anywhere.

Looking for strap clip style (like in 74554) and in packs of 12. I did get them before in packs of 12 but couldn't find them now. The clip in this product (74651) is not very flexible and can be hard to clip on clothes and have the badge stay straight --where you cannot clip it to the edge of a pocket or jacket (such as women's dresses). I wish you still have 12 packs of the strap clip badges. These are certainly not worth as much as the strap clip style, yet you are pricing them the same.

I had SEVEN PAGES of name tag labels created, but the online design template would often fail to save and load when I would re visit my design. So I lost all of the information I had gathered. Very unfortunate.
