If you don't want to have your papers slide out of the clip these paper clips are the ones to buy. They hold tight and secure.

These are wonderful paper clips! This is my third or fourth purchase of them! I used to think that paper clips had to be a famous name brand! When I realized the difference in price I decided to give the Staples brand a chance! I am very glad I did! They are at an economical price! I use them for my Avon business every single day! If you want a quality product at a reasonable price these are perfect for everyone! When purchasing them in a pack of 1 000 at a time I don't run out for a while! Also they are packaged in 100 count boxes and packed all ten boxes in plastic! They can stay wrapped up and not making a mess in my desk drawer!

The ridges of these clips keep them from slipping off of papers or envelopes. I always keep some in my vehicle for keeping coupons together letters to mail together etc.. You can unbend them and use them to poke that "reset" button on your computer cable modem also. Replacing batteries? These come in handy to pop those little AA and AAA's out of their holders. Quite versatile!
