Great, as usual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have little ones who aren’t using traditional number twos yet but these are a nice way to introduce pencils to them. The pencils are thicker which makes them easier to hold. The graphite is super dark which is nice because my littlest doesn’t need to push very hard to see his drawings on the paper. I definitely recommend these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pencils are great! I have both a 5 and 6 year old at home both of which are learning to write and these pencils work wonders. I remember seeing them struggle to write with the skinnier traditional pencils, it was just hard for their tiny hands to grip effectively but these thicker pencils are much easier for them. I can even notice the difference in their handwriting. I would recommend these for any mom of young school age children!

Great for small fingers!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received a free package of the 4 CT MY FIRST TIC SHARPENER AMERICAN WOOD LOGO* with the pencil sharpener, I got excited. My little one loves to color and scribble with pens, pencils and crayons. These pencils are the thick, chunky, easy to hold for little ones. Learning how to hold the pencil was easier than I thought it would be because of how wide they are. The pencils came with their own sharpener which I appreciated.I had trouble trying to sharpen one in a standard hand held sharpener.The size of the pencil didn't fit well into the store ones. The lead was thicker inside and didn't seem to break as easy as your standard pencil when sharpened. I have an electric pencil sharpener and tried sharpening it in that and it worked really well. Using the eraser was a fun treat but I did notice that it was hard and caused tears in notebook paper. Over all, it's a really good pencil for little ones who are learning to write. I'll be looking to purchase them soon. *Received free for my review from the manufacturer.

Easy to hold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter has an easy time holding thus pencil in her hand and being able to control it better then a thin pencil. Perfect lencil for little hands. It is sturdy and i like that ut comes with a lencil sharpener that fits its size. Great pencil for kids beginning to write.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always been a fan of Ticonderoga pencils and wanted to test the bigger ones out with my younger kids to help them learn to write. Little did I know my older kids still enjoy the larger pencils so much they wanted to take them all for themselves! Ticonderoga is a brand we all love and trust and they last forever and don't break with every use. I'm going to have to buy another set or two to have for everyone. My oldest says these are the best because they don't hurt her hands as fast as the smaller sizes do. Definitely a winner all around.
