2 BIG PROBLEMS: DRAWERS DON'T COME OUT ALL THE WAY & CABINET FALLS FORWARD WITH BOTH DRAWERS OPEN

This Office Designs 18in. 2Drawer White File Cabinet looks good and fits the space in my office. Two big problems with how it works... (1) Both drawers do not come-out all the way. 1/3 of the files in the back of each drawer are hidden and impossible to lift out...without compressing all the files to the front of the drawer. (2) With both drawers open the whole cabinet falls forward. At first I considered returning the file cabinet for a refund...and I still might. I kept the box. It's just a pain-in-the-neck to pull all my files and shop for another cabinet.

It's good looking and seems sturdy enough for my use. (file folders not tightly packed.) The drawers are 18 inches deep but only open to 12 inches. To fill the drawer you are putting files n so deep that you can't easily see them. 12 iinches in each drawer is good enough for me. I put a towel in back to keep the files from sliding to the back. I actually bought two and put a door on top and made a desk. With the wheels off it's just the right height.

when you put files in the cabinet the cabinet is too light and it tips forward and is UNSAFE it's a CHILD SAFETY HAZARD very disappointed

Screws don't to attach wheels

This cabinet is very light-weight almost flimsy but would serve it's purpose in my closet. However I could not attach the wheels to the bottom of the cabinet because the screws were too large and would not fit into the tiny holes on the bottom of the cabinet. Note - there is no bottom to this cabinet just a frame around the perimeter where you attach the wheels. I tried to use smalle more narrow screws but they would not fit and then the head of the screw was too small for the hole on the bracket of the wheels that you attach to the bottom frame. I returned it with no problem to my local store.
